The Product
What Is TestoGreens MAX?
TestoGreens MAX is a 60-capsule men’s supplement sold by Live Anabolic. It is a separate product from TestoGreens, the brand’s greens powder, and it has its own Supplement Facts panel. If you have read reviews describing a scoop of powder with dozens of superfoods, those describe the other product.
The formula is built around Tesnor®, a branded pomegranate peel and cocoa seed extract, with DIM, Panax ginseng, L-theanine and boron, on top of broccoli, spinach and vegetable powders.
Key Features
- Tesnor® 200 mg, half the 400 mg dose that did best in its trials
- DIM 150 mg, a compound formed from vegetables like broccoli and cabbage[6]
- Three food powders at 200 mg each: broccoli, spinach and Panax ginseng root
- Boron 3 mg and L-theanine 150 mg
- Two capsules a serving, 30 servings a bottle
Legitimacy
Is TestoGreens MAX A Scam?
We found no sign that it is a scam. Live Anabolic is an identifiable company with a published return address,[5] the product carries a full Supplement Facts panel, and the brand replies to nearly every review on Trustpilot.[7]
Not a scam is not the same as no problems, though. Three things are worth knowing before you order:
- The guarantee depends on which page you read. The product page promises 365 days. The store’s written refund policy says 30 days, unused product only. Details below.
- The product page and the label do not match. The page names alfalfa, spirulina, wheat grass, turmeric, carrot, cinnamon and mushrooms.[4] None of those appear on the Supplement Facts panel we reviewed. One Trustpilot reviewer also reports receiving a different label than the one shown on the website.[7] Read the panel on the bottle you receive.
- Some sites that look official are affiliate pages. One we checked listed a “regular price” of $149 a bottle. The brand’s own store lists $79.
Our Rating
Our Research And Rating
We score every product against the same six published criteria. For this review we read the Supplement Facts panel, the brand’s product page and refund policy, and its customer reviews, and we checked each ingredient amount against the research cited on this page. We did not lab-test the product, and we do not claim to.
| Criterion | What we found | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Label transparency | Every active has an amount except an 11-item vegetable blend sharing 75 mg. The product page lists ingredients the panel does not. | 3.5 |
| Ingredient evidence and dosing | Tesnor® is at half the 400 mg dose that did best in its trials. Boron and L-theanine sit under the amounts studied. DIM and the food powders have no testosterone research at these amounts that we found. | 1.5 |
| Third-party testing | No certificate of analysis published, and no testing mentioned on the product page. | 1.0 |
| Cost per serving | $1.63 to $2.17 a day at two capsules. Double that at the four capsules the brand suggests for “maximum results.” | 3.0 |
| Purchase terms | Subscription is optional, not forced. But the 365-day guarantee conflicts with a 30-day, unused-only refund policy on the same store. | 2.5 |
| Customer feedback | 4.3 out of 5 across 98 Trustpilot reviews of the brand. Complaints center on delivery delays and reaching support for returns.[7] | 4.0 |
| Overall | Simple average of the six criteria | 2.6 |

Pricing
TestoGreens MAX Price And Bundles

Buying
Where To Buy TestoGreens MAX
The brand sells it through its own store at liveanabolic.com. Some other pages that rank for the product name are affiliate pages with their own pricing and promises, so check that the address in your browser matches this one before you pay:
https://liveanabolic.com/collections/supplements/products/testogreens-max
- Buy from the brand store, so the refund terms you are relying on are the brand’s.
- Email support before ordering and ask them to confirm the 365-day guarantee in writing. Keep the reply.
- Choose one-time purchase unless you want a recurring order.
- Check the panel on the bottle you receive against the one on this page.
Mechanism
How TestoGreens MAX Is Meant To Work
The formula takes two routes at once. Neither has been tested in a published trial of TestoGreens MAX itself. What exists is research on the individual ingredients.
Route one: Tesnor®. Both published trials of Tesnor® tested 200 mg and 400 mg a day, and in both, 400 mg did best. In men aged 36 to 55, the 400 mg group’s free testosterone rose 48% from baseline against 39% at 200 mg, in a trial funded by Laila Nutraceuticals, which developed the blend.[1] In men aged 21 to 35, only the 400 mg group improved grip strength and upper-arm size.[2] TestoGreens MAX provides 200 mg.
Route two: estrogen metabolism. DIM is the main active compound formed from vegetables like broccoli and cabbage, and the human research we found centers on how the body processes estrogen, largely in breast cancer prevention.[6] We found no trial showing it raises testosterone in healthy men.
The rest is supporting cast: boron, ginseng, L-theanine, black pepper extract, and food powders. The next section takes each one in turn.

Each Dose Against The Research
| Ingredient | On the label | In the research | Our read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tesnor® | 200 mg | 200 and 400 mg a day; 400 mg did best[1][2] | Half the top dose |
| Boron | 3 mg | 10 mg a day for one week[3] | Under a third of it |
| L-theanine | 150 mg | 200 mg a day for four weeks[8] | Under, and studied for stress and sleep |
| Panax ginseng | 200 mg powder | Nine trials pooled by Cochrane[9] | Powder, not a stated extract |
| DIM | 150 mg | Estrogen metabolism research[6] | No testosterone dose to compare |
| Black pepper extract | 1.25 mg | 20 mg piperine, with curcumin[10] | A small fraction |
| Broccoli, spinach | 200 mg each | None we found at this amount | Food powder |
| Vegetable blend | 75 mg, 11 items | None | Under 7 mg per item on average |
Tesnor® (Pomegranate And Cocoa)
The formula is built around Tesnor®, but each two-capsule serving holds 200 mg, half the dose that did best in research. In men aged 36 to 55, 400 mg produced the larger rises in both total and free testosterone.[1] In men aged 21 to 35, only 400 mg improved grip strength and upper-arm size.[2]
Reaching 400 mg means four capsules a day, which turns a 60-capsule bottle into a 15-day supply: $98 to $130 a month. Nugenix Ultimate, which we also reviewed, carries 400 mg in its standard serving at $80.99 a month. The older-men trial was funded by Laila Nutraceuticals, which developed the ingredient.[1]
DIM (Diindolylmethane)
The product page says DIM helps “flush excess estrogen.”[4] The human research on DIM is about estrogen metabolism, mostly in breast cancer prevention.[6] That is a different question from whether it raises testosterone in men, and we found no trial that answers that one.
Boron
Boron’s reputation in this category rests largely on a small study in which eight men took 10 mg a day for a week, after which free testosterone rose and estradiol fell.[3] TestoGreens MAX provides 3 mg, under a third of that.
Panax Ginseng
A Cochrane review of nine placebo-controlled trials found ginseng had a trivial effect on erectile function scores, though it may improve men’s self-reported ability to have intercourse.[9] TestoGreens MAX lists 200 mg of root powder with no extract ratio or standardization, so there is no way to tell how much of the active compounds it delivers.
L-Theanine
Studied at 200 mg a day over four weeks for stress-related symptoms and sleep, where sleep measures improved compared with placebo.[8] It is not a testosterone ingredient, and the 150 mg here is under the studied amount.
Black Pepper Extract
Piperine is added to supplements because it slows how the body clears certain compounds. The well-known study used 20 mg alongside curcumin.[10] The 1.25 mg here is a small fraction of that, and there is no curcumin on this label.
Broccoli, Spinach And The Vegetable Blend
These give the product its “greens” identity. The amounts are small: 200 mg is one fifth of a gram, and the eleven-item vegetable blend shares 75 mg between them, under 7 mg each on average.
Directions
How To Take TestoGreens MAX
The product page says: “Take 2 capsules in the morning. For maximum results take 4 capsules daily.”[4]
- At 2 capsules, you get 200 mg of Tesnor®, half the dose that did best in its trials, and a bottle lasts 30 days.
- At 4 capsules, you reach 400 mg of Tesnor®,[1] but a bottle lasts 15 days: $98 to $130 a month.
- If you take prescription medication, check with a pharmacist first. See the next section for why.
The panel we reviewed does not show the warning text from the bottle. Read it on the bottle you receive.
Safety
TestoGreens MAX Side Effects And Safety
No published trial has tested TestoGreens MAX as a finished product. Here is what the research on its main ingredients reports.
| Ingredient | What the research reported |
|---|---|
| Tesnor® | Across 56 days, participants reported five minor adverse events in total, including fever, cold symptoms, constipation and diarrhea. Blood chemistry and vital signs stayed within normal ranges.[1] |
| Panax ginseng | Little to no difference in adverse events compared with placebo across the trials Cochrane reviewed.[9] |
| Black pepper extract | Piperine slows how the body clears some compounds,[10] which is the reason to ask a pharmacist before combining it with prescription medication. |
We are not giving medical advice. If you suspect low testosterone, a blood test and a doctor are the right first step, because the symptoms have causes a supplement will not address.
Purchase Terms
TestoGreens MAX Refund Policy
This is the one point in the review that could cost you money, so here are both versions word for word.
On the product page
365 days
“You get an ironclad 365 day 100% money back guarantee… you have a full YEAR to decide if it’s for you.”[4]
In the store’s refund policy
30 days
“Our policy lasts 30 days.” Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is deducted from the refund.[5]
Trustpilot reviewers mention the 365-day guarantee favorably,[7] so the product page may reflect what the company actually honors. But the written policy is what you can point to in a dispute. Get the 365-day terms confirmed by email before you order.

Annual Cost
What A Year Actually Costs
At its two-capsule dose, TestoGreens MAX is slightly cheaper over a year than TestForm-X Black. At the four capsules the brand suggests for “maximum results,” it costs nearly twice as much.
All figures use each brand’s six-bottle price: $49 a bottle for TestoGreens MAX, $51.95 for TestForm-X Black and $34.85 for TestForm-X Original. Prices as published at the time of writing, before shipping, and subject to change.
Verdict
The Verdict On TestoGreens MAX
TestoGreens MAX is built around Tesnor®, and its standard two capsules deliver 200 mg, half the dose that did best in both published trials.[1][2] Reaching 400 mg takes four capsules a day, which costs $98 to $130 a month. Nugenix Ultimate carries 400 mg in its standard serving for $80.99.
The rest of the label is thin too. Boron is under a third of the studied amount,[3] DIM’s research is about estrogen rather than testosterone,[6] and the greens are present in food-sized amounts. There is no published certificate of analysis, and the refund terms depend on which page of the store you read.
TestForm-X Black takes a different route: KSM-66 at 600 mg, Tongkat Ali as a 200:1 extract, boron at 10 mg and a full mineral base, with a published certificate of analysis.
It costs $623 a year on six-bottle orders, against $588 for TestoGreens MAX at two capsules a day or $1,176 at four.
FAQ
TestoGreens MAX: Frequently Asked Questions
Is TestoGreens MAX the same as TestoGreens?
No. TestoGreens is Live Anabolic’s greens powder. TestoGreens MAX is a 60-capsule product with its own Supplement Facts panel, built around Tesnor® and DIM.
How much does TestoGreens MAX cost?
On the brand’s store, $64.95 for one bottle, $59 a bottle on three, and $49 a bottle on six, before shipping.[4] That works out to $1.63 to $2.17 a day at two capsules.
Is TestoGreens MAX a scam?
We found no sign that it is. It is a real product from an identifiable company with a printed label. The issues are the conflicting refund terms and a product page that lists ingredients the label does not.
Does TestoGreens MAX raise testosterone?
We found no published trial of the finished product. Its lead ingredient, Tesnor®, has two published trials, and in both, 400 mg did best.[1][2] TestoGreens MAX provides 200 mg in its standard serving.
What is the TestoGreens MAX refund policy?
The product page promises a 365-day money-back guarantee.[4] The store’s written refund policy says 30 days, unused product only, with return shipping deducted.[5] Get the 365-day terms confirmed by email before ordering.
How many capsules should I take?
The brand says two capsules in the morning, or four a day for “maximum results.”[4] At four, a 60-capsule bottle lasts 15 days.
Is TestoGreens MAX third-party tested?
We found no published certificate of analysis, and the product page does not mention independent testing.
Does TestoGreens MAX have side effects?
The finished product has not been tested in a published trial. In the Tesnor® trial, participants reported only five minor adverse events in total.[1] The black pepper extract can slow how the body clears some compounds,[10] so check with a pharmacist if you take prescription medication.
How does TestoGreens MAX compare to TestForm-X?
